✅ ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUNDS

Refunds are considered in limited circumstances. You may be eligible for a refund if:

🔹 Your online payment was successfully processed, and
🔹 Due to a technical error or system failure, you were unable to download or access the product you purchased.

❌ WHEN REFUNDS ARE NOT ISSUED

As our products are digital and delivered electronically, refunds are generally not issued for the following:

🔹 Change of mind after a successful download
🔹 Failure to read the product description before purchase
🔹 Incompatibility with your device or software when system requirements were clearly stated
🔹 Partial use or dissatisfaction with content after successful access

💳 HOW REFUNDS ARE PROCESSED

All approved refunds are processed by reversing the original payment through our payment gateway, Payfast. Refunds will be credited back to the same payment method used for the original purchase. We do not issue refunds via cash, cheque, or alternative payment methods.

⏱️ REFUND PROCESSING TIME

Once a refund request is approved, the reversal will be completed within 10 business days. Please note that the time it takes for the funds to reflect in your account may depend on your bank or card issuer.
